Nicolette is an impact-driven business consultant, leadership advisor and coach, with over 14 years of experience across markets in Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia. She currently holds a fractional role as Business Development Lead at DSC, a leading training and edtech company in the Australian disability sector, while continuing to support leaders in SME, multinational and development contexts to achieve their business, organisational and personal development goals. Previously Nicolette managed strategy projects in Deloitte Australia's Climate and Sustainability practice, led Financial Inclusion efforts at Bopinc across Africa and Asia, managed change and digital innovation with Accenture across Europe, implemented inclusive business models for Procter & Gamble in Kenya, and coordinated social innovation collaborations for Stellenbosch University in South Africa. Nicolette holds a Masters in Sustainable Development from HEC Paris, an Honours Degree in Strategy & Innovation and a Bachelors in Management Sciences from Stellenbosch University. She’s a qualified Executive Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
