Senior Digital Marketing Manager – Office Social Media Team Development, implementation and project management of social media campaigns and social activations across owned and earned commercial social channels for Microsoft Office. Worked with social media and agency partners to deliver content strategy, build a commercial editorial calendar, and develop all social media content. • Reached 4.8M Cultural Curators and 9.2M TechSetters in H1 throughout 20 social channels • Ran first promoted Instagram post. Post was shown to over 12M people with a 1.47% engagement rate – 40% of the engagements were clicks to “learn more” CTA. • Supported Office 2016 launch with Promoted Trend ad, drawing 70.7M impressions and 121K engagements. Partner Channel Marketing Manager – IoT Device Experience Marketing Managed the America’s OEM and Distributor marketing for Windows Embedded, including “To OEM” awareness, and “Through OEM” engagement. I partnered with strategic Distributors and OEM’s that optimized marketing co-op funds and increased demand generation (42%) and lead conversion (26%). Created 1st ever online syndication campaign for this team, landing 420 net-new qualified leads during 6-week pilot, resulting in over $18M in pipeline.
