At Stripe, I focus on Global Operations and Go-to-Market hiring and have experience across the full spectrum - from bringing in first-of-its-kind, highly specialized strategic roles to scaling teams efficiently during rapid growth phases. I’ve helped build teams from 0–1, 1–10, and beyond, and I enjoy working across both strategic and executional levels. Beyond finding great people, I care about solving bigger challenges including identifying gaps, shaping hiring plans, and contributing to projects that move us closer to our goals. Familiar with building niche first-of-its-kind pipeline at Stripe.
