I explore power dynamics and trust in my published work, examining how they shape ethical and effective leadership. Philia, as a social business, puts these concepts into practice: through workshops, programs, and a global community of over 10,000 members, we create structured spaces for reflection, connection, and personal and professional growth bringing together professionals, academics, and anyone who wants to connect.
- Leadership and Organizational Direction: Leading the overall development of the association, setting strategic priorities, and overseeing the structure through which member-driven initiatives are initiated, supported, and grown. - Project Incubation and Platform Development: Built and developed an umbrella structure enabling member-driven initiatives to be launched, supported, and scaled within the association. Established processes for project development within and beyond the organization. - Program and Initiative Development: Initiated and supported projects across areas such as gender equality, democracy, international understanding, and development cooperation. Oversaw formats including workshops, community dialogues, and international meetups. The Philia Project e.V. is a non-profit umbrella organization that supports member-driven initiatives in the areas of gender equality, democratic participation, international understanding, and development cooperation. It provides a structured platform for developing and implementing projects through shared resources, formats, and networks.
- Leadership and Product Vision: Leading the development of a life management platform designed to help individuals structure their lives, track progress, and engage in regular, reflection-based dialogue. Defining product direction, positioning, and overall strategy. - Product Development and Ownership: Overseeing the design and build of the Philia Web App, including core features such as structured weekly tracking and peer-based sessions. Working closely with developers and stakeholders to bring the product from concept to MVP and beyond. - Business Development and Operations: Managing legal, financial, and operational aspects of the company. Establishing partnerships with organizations to deliver workshops focused on leadership, team dynamics, and structured personal development. Philia is a for-profit company developing a life management platform that combines structured self-reflection with peer-based exchange. The Philia Web App enables users to manage their personal and professional development through weekly systems and guided partner sessions, and is complemented by workshops delivered in collaboration with organizations.

Co-authored notable books that offer deep insights and practical guidance in these areas. - Strategic Content Development: Led the development and strategic planning for Im Startup die Welt gestalten and Vertrauen.
