Talent Acquisition - Carrying out end-to-end recruitment processes for several clients in the tech and consulting industry - Identification and sourcing of talent across diverse platforms (Social media, networking, software development communities, etc.) - Providing recruitment process consultancy, with a strong focus on Employer Branding and lean processes HR Consulting - Set up of evidence-based assessment centers for candidate selection or promotion - Assessment of training needs and evidence-based training creation plus offering a team of experienced trainers - Outplacement and talent development coaching Life Coaching - Coaching individuals and families on establishing an authentic life as a digital nomad (e.g. topics concerning identity, self-organisation, home education, focus, work-life-balance, boundaries, growth) - Coaching individuals and groups on grief and loss, special focus on suicide loss survivors - Providing guidance and in-person workshops at conferences - Offering grief and loss empowerment retreats
