Before Strider, I built the recruiting department and international operations at GovPredict (YC S15). I studied Computer Networks at CEFET-MG and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UFMG.

After the pandemic, I made a deliberate shift to redesign both my life and career around a long-term mission I believed in. My experience working for a U.S. company early in my career and earning in a stronger currency while living in Brazil fundamentally changed my perspective on access to opportunity. I began building the early foundations of what would later become Strider — designing talent acquisition operations, validating the problem space, and connecting with the people who would eventually form Strider's founding team. At the same time, I moved to Italy to obtain my dual citizenship and spent the year working remotely, which deepened my conviction around global talent and the impact of remote work on people’s lives.
(YC S15) Acquired by Phone2Action/Capitol Canary/Quorum As the founding recruiter, I built out the HR department and helped scale the engineering team in Brazil and Moldova. I led the recruiting department to set up internal processes and open a physical office in Brazil as the company doubled in size over the course of one year.
