I won the World Tea Award for Best Blog in 2018. In 2015 I was nominated for and won the World Tea Award for Best Social Media Reach. At the 2016 World Tea Expo, I presented a talk on "Utilizing Social Media to Customers Authentically and Grow Your Business".
