August 2024 is my 3rd year work anniversary as Creative Manager with Delicato Family Wines. Prior to the merger, I was the Managing Designer of the Art Dept. at The Family Coppola, where I was hired by Mr. Coppola in 2017. I work closely with Designers, Marketing, Trade, International, and DTC collaborators. As Creative Manager, I design distinctive assets for the Delicato & Coppola brands on various projects, within a team of Designers. I am continually inspired by fine art, packaging, branding, architecture, and innovation. I studied fine art, art history, and language while living in Italy for a year as a student. I attended L'Accademia di Belli Arti in Firenze, studying within the Scuola del Nudo. I speak Italian which keeps me connected with my family heritage, and family and friends in Italy and Switzerland. (My maiden name is Arigoni.) In August 2022, I earned my Executive Master's of Business Administration degree in Wine Business with Honors, from Sonoma State University. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree with Cum Laude Honors from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. I apply my 30 years of professional experience in wine label design, packaging, and advertising to every project. I have an eye for refined detail and a penchant for the luxury goods category. I forge relationships with team members while working with a talented team of designers. I ensure that the creative assets that I design are innovative and authentic to Coppola and Delicato. I live in Santa Rosa with my husband Dennis and two wonderful sons, Connor and Liam. I enjoy athletics (running, hiking, swimming, tennis, skiing) also camping, wine tasting, and traveling. I was raised in San Jose and enjoy living in beautiful Sonoma County since 2006. I am a proponent of sustainable initiatives within the wine industry. Living in Sonoma County, I value our environment and its precious natural resources. I support initiatives that help our environment become carbon neutral/carbon negative. It's crucial that we actively preserve our environment for future generations. I am an active supporter of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the wine industry. The wine industry needs to be more inclusive, reflecting the beautiful diversity of our global, multi-cultural community.
In my role as Managing Designer and Co-Lead of the Brand & Design Team for The Family Coppola, I enjoyed working with a dedicated, collaborative team. As a creative, strategic leader and Designer, I managed the Art Department team of talented designers and worked closely with the Coppola family, Executives, DTC, Sales, and cross-functional teams. -Management and leadership of the Art Department -Leadership of the Brand and Design team -I designed and work closely with the Coppola family, executives, and cross-functional teams on various creative projects. -Creative contributions included wine label design, advertising (digital and print), packaging, displays, marketing materials, collateral, POS, and branding -Ensured that the creative assets were innovative, on-brand, and authentic to The Family Coppola

I am a Senior Designer for multiple brands within the extensive Jackson Family Wines portfolio of wines including Gran Moraine, Wild Ridge, Champ de Rêves, Tenuta di Arceno, and other wines within the West Burgundy Wine Collective. I also design printed and promotional items for various International programs and Jackson Family Wines company-wide programs and events. I am truly inspired by the impressive portfolio of Jackson Family Wines and it is a great pleasure to work with and design for such an exceptional team of professionals!
