Core responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing and successful placement of IT & technical professionals throughout the APAC market
- Bring in talents to Zendesk and fill entry- to managerial-level requisitions in the APAC region. Handled hiring for several business units including SMB - Enterprise Sales, Sales Operations, HR Shared Services, IT, Data Analytics and Finance Shared Services. - End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, business partnering with leaders from the APAC, EMEA and AMER regions from kickoff call, debrief with the hiring team, offer creation, negotiation until signing of contract. - Attend calibration meetings with Hiring Managers (Manager to VP level) to align with the expectations and strategies for each role and to partner with them until the roles are closed.
