Nicole Rawson is a Certified Nurse Midwife with over 20 years of clinical experience as a Midwife. She has worked mostly in the Pittsburgh area. As an educator: she has been a clinical instructor in nursing, and clinical faculty preceptor to Midwives, Nurse practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Medical Residents. She has practiced in a urban tertiary care setting as part of two different full scope Midwifery practices, as well as part of a combined MD/ APP/ CNM services. She is passionate about supporting and empowering women to become active participants in their own health care. She recently discovered Legal Nurse Consulting and has obtained her CLNC (Certified Legal Nurse Consultant) certificate. She particularly enjoys helping people in the legal community understand more about health care providers and the health care system.
