The German healthcare system is undergoing its most profound transformation in decades — and the real opportunity lies not in digital health or pharma, but in what happens when the two finally work together. I spent 20+ years inside that system — leading product launches, building omnichannel solutions, pioneering agil team setups, and designing market access strategies for some of the most complex therapy areas in neurology, immunology, and rare disease. I know how the system thinks, what it rewards, and where it resists change. Today, my focus is on the intersection that most people in pharma haven’t fully mapped yet: Digital solutions becoming genuine therapy partners — not add-ons. AI-driven diagnostics creating earlier intervention windows — but only if the right therapy follows, at the right time, within a reimbursable pathway. Digital tools and pharmaceutical products designed together, from day one. The questions I’m working on: → How do you build an access strategy for a combined digital-pharmaceutical product in Germany’s regulatory environment? → What does a truly integrated care pathway look like, from first digital touchpoint to long-term therapy management, being connected with the one German-wide digital health system? These aren’t hypotheticals. They’re the challenges I’m convinced will define the next decade of pharma innovation in Germany — and I want to help shape the answers. Open to conversations with innovators, decision-makers, and bold thinkers at the intersection of digital health and pharmaceutical care.
