About

I represent companies in connection with health care and Food and Drug Administration-related matters, focusing on advising pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, health insurers, and other health care industry clients in connection with government and internal investigations, regulatory compliance issues, and complex transactional matters. I also advise on governmental investigation matters and complex civil litigation relating to securities fraud, foreign corrupt practices, and government contracting issues, including qui tam matters, securities litigation, and class actions. I'm active in pro bono activities. In 2013, I received the Klepper Prize for Volunteer Excellence from the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia for my work on behalf of domestic violence survivors, and I currently serve in a leadership role with the Impact Project in Skadden’s Washington, D.C. office.
