My practice focuses on intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark, and copyright procurement and litigation before U.S. District Courts. In particular, I prepare and prosecute patent applications, conduct freedom to operate and patent landscape analyses, and manage patent portfolios for small and large biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, as well as universities. My litigation experience includes Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) cases and proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
