Offering all the essentials (health risk assessment, fitness device integration, pre-built challenge library, health coaching, claims data analysis, biometrics, and a rewards engine), WellRight’s customizable design lets employers tailor these features so they can deliver wellness programs that are relevant to employees. This approach to corporate wellness helps organizations build a better culture and a better business while employees create healthy habits. I personally get to bring 20+ years in the industry, a master's degree in exercise physiology, client success examples and personal triumphs of health hurdles into my role of Partnership Development. I have been in the trenches with all areas of wellness companies - operations, service, sales, compliance, marketing & strategy - so I'm able to fuel the partnership process with meaningful solutions that will be seamlessly executed. But I've also gone through real-life health 'trenches' that include weight fluctuations from 3 children in 4 1/2 years, a melanoma diagnosis, and family history of diabetes. I take pride in being relatable and authentic during every interaction I have with colleagues, prospective clients, consultants and our vendor partners. I also disagree the laughter is the best medicine - activity is :)
My role is responsible for driving company growth by creating and executing strategies to cultivate the company’s relationships with referral and reseller partners. Working with the growth team, I integrate with sales, consultant strategy, and marketing team members to drive expansion in current partnerships in tandem with identifying new industry segments that would be mutually beneficial partners based on service offerings and products.
I have the fortune of working with our national partners to drive growth within our commercial org. Tapping into products and solutions that demonstrate value for an employer AND their people is where my passion lies. The Covid-19 pandemic showed the world that underlying health risks - mostly attributed to poor lifestyle - was a second pandemic we've battled for way too long. At Bravo, we leverage key partners, innovative solutions, talented colleagues and servant leadership to help our clients thrive. This role permits me a national reach where I continue to learn from market peers, and the ability to leverage 12+ years of rich data from Bravo's program administration to effectively enhance and empower employer-sponsored wellness initiatives.
As a National Wellness Strategist, I engage with our current & prospective clients to ensure measures of success align with program design. I seek to optimize every client's investment and empower all health plan & program vendors for the best end-user experience that won't break the bank but will drive accountability for one's health. I thrive on hearing the key cultural, executive and budget components every client must consider and aligning a way for those pieces to weave through their wellness and well-being initiatives. Partnering internally with stakeholders in our product, service, implementation, web and screening teams, I ensure that during the pre-sale process, those who will take over post-sale know the expectations of our clients and take a personal stake in the success of the program. Wellness will never be one-size-fits-all, and it is critical that a well-being initiative is part of your overall business and benefits strategy. As a National Wellness Strategist, I take pride in aligning my wellness, benefits and service background to empower employer wellness programs and broker wellness strategies.
I was charged with the sales of both individual and group memberships. Focused in the Downtown Cleveland area, I went into corporations and delivered both sales and wellness presentations to current and prospective clients. I coordinated our Personal Training team to deliver on-site classes to clients. I prepared and delivered monthly reports to clients on the usage levels and expense of Corporate Fitness Membership and worked with high level management teams to decide what would best suit their company for offerings. I also managed the Front Desk team.
While finalizing my Master's Degree I had the opportunity to gain extensive Wellness experience at the Akron General Health & Wellness Center. I maintained part time Personal Training status with my own block of clients, taught Group Exercise classes and assisted on the Fitness Team for orientations, advising, and fitness testing for new and current Wellness Center members.
