Worked under the HR services team to assist with a high volume of incoming new employees, and supporting co-workers with HR inquires including OMERS, Lawyer Letters, HR requisition forms, employee verification letters, and change notices. Dealt with record management, confidential emails, files, paper work, and other incoming mail. Operated and managed 3 different inboxes (HR services, MXU / Metrolinx Learning inbox and personal Metrolinx mail). Acted as go to person for walk-in inquires. Visited Talent and Acquisition office gaining experience in recruiting and selecting candidates for interviews and the overall hiring process at Metrolinx. Experience in software such as Taleo, Oracle, and CRM Case Management Systems.
