Lead global marketing for a data and AI systems integrator specializing in Databricks, Dataiku, and modern data platforms that help enterprises implement scalable data, analytics, and machine learning solutions. Lead and manage a distributed team of global marketers across multiple regions, driving alignment on brand, digital strategy, and community engagement. Own global marketing strategy including brand, digital presence, events, community initiatives, and partner ecosystem programs. Lead the design, development, and continuous evolution of the company website, ensuring clear positioning of services, solutions, and industry expertise. I built a high-performing marketing team at Trivium, leading a group of seven talented individuals. Two of these team members reported directly to me: a Marketing Manager and a Head of Content. To further streamline this process, I spearheaded a comprehensive migration of our marketing and sales tools. We transitioned from a mix of platforms like Close, Clickfunnels, and ActiveCampaign to a unified HubSpot sales and marketing hub, creating a seamless and efficient system for our marketing efforts.
