Over the past 15+ years, I have operated and scaled payroll across up to 23 countries, primarily across Europe, in fast-paced, remote-first environments. I own end-to-end payroll across the full employee lifecycle and work closely with internal and external providers to ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistency across countries. I have extensive experience with EOR setups and have led full transitions from one provider to another, building scalable and stable structures along the way. With a background in software engineering, I approach payroll with an automation mindset - reducing manual work, improving data quality, and building systems that scale.
