After his apprenticeship as a chef he cooked in several fine dining restaurants, like The Fat Duck in Bray, England (2006 awarded as best restaurant in the world) and earned a degree in sociology politics and economy at the Zeppelin University. He developed some products for the social food brand share and co-founded the start-up Invisible Foods which is working towards a planet without food waste. Furthermore he founded the spirit brand FARADAÍ and the natural brand Nature´s Calling. Since many years he is passionate about art, in this context he worked together with Rafael Horzon on different projects and founded the foundation Artists Inside e.V. to support young artists.
Artists Inside e. V. supports emerging creatives under the age of 35. The fellowship program takes place annually. The artists will be selected by a jury of experts and a public vote. The winners will be supported for one year with menteeships, coachings as well as prize money. 100 % of the sales revenue of the final exhibition goes directly to the artists.
