Leading the infrastructure and cybersecurity department with ~20 FTE and external IT services and a dedicated ~6M€ / year budget, in charge of : - IT system (+ 200 VM/servers), - IT network (+ 50 locations), - IT workplace (+1.500 laptops, + 1000 smartphones...), - Cybersecurity, - IT Helpdesk.
Creating and leading the Butagaz Group cyber team with a dedicated ~1M€/year budget, to : - Determine the cyber orientation with the board / top management, - Create the threats/risks cartography and the associated cyber roadmap, - Define all the cybersecurity measures to protect the business and the IT solutions, - Detect the vulnerabilities and intrusions, and lead the incident investigations and cyber crisis, - Evaluate and mitigate the cyber risk on third parties, - Change the processes and perform a positive user awareness on cybersecurity.
