- Lead the entire niche fragrance portfolio for Southeast Asia, managing a cross-functional team of 50+ talents in across retail, marketing and training - Own full P&L management across all distribution channels: 10+ standalone boutiques, 15+ department store counters, e-commerce (through own subsidiary and distribution partners) - Built the 5-year regional growth roadmap, defining footprint expansion and channel priorities, achieving a +19% profitable growth last year - Drive strategic merchandising decisions including assortment elevation, exclusivity strategy, SKU productivity and launch optimization - Lead distribution strategy and lease negotiations, strengthening brand positioning and productivity through space upgrades and in-store optimization (category management, visual merchandising highlights)
- Responsible for full P&L and +22% achievement vs. budget with 15 points of sale (including 3 new openings in 2022) across Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Singapore - Drove the business strategy and reset retail KPIs in alignment with the region’s roadmap, adapting our retail capabilities to a fast changing retail landscape post-pandemic - Led lease negotiations with landlords in the region, optimizing commercial terms and strategic visibility - Oversaw ATL and BTL efforts, CRM programs and retail transformation initiatives to strength our brand equity post-pandemic. - Partnered with local and regional HR and Training functions to support the attraction, retention and development of talent.
- Oversaw retail operations and P&L for our 50 points of sale across the region, as well as a team of 250 associates - Managed regional P&L and executed footprint optimization and organization restructuring (including integration of Taiwan within the Greater China cluster) - Looked after the health of our teams and safeguarded our business through a challenging environment during the pandemic (team reorganization, footprint optimization, P&L management)
