    After returning to Finland from Dubai, I embarked on my own entrepreneurial journey, launching a coconut water import business. Partnering with Michelberger Hotel’s Fountain of Youth coconut water from Berlin, we distributed to over 100 shops, restaurants, and festivals across the region. I managed warehousing, logistics, and sales operations, successfully selling out the stock. While demand was strong, scaling the business required larger volumes than were feasible to achieve, leading to the decision to close the business after a year and a half. This venture provided invaluable experience in trade, product distribution, and market dynamics, with a key lesson being the critical importance of achieving sufficient volume to sustain growth. Alongside this venture, I pursued two passion projects: a hobby brewery and beekeeping. These pursuits came together in the creation of honey beer, a rewarding combination of craftsmanship and creativity. While neither hobby transitioned into a commercial venture, beekeeping and brewing remain cherished hobbies to this day.
