Key highlights : ▪ Retail — acquired and turned around a Brussels-based business, growing gross margin from 30% to 40%. Successfully divested. ▪ Real Estate — acquired a holding with significant property assets (~€2.5M) ; stopped loss-making operations and disposed of assets. ▪ Residential Investment — ~60 properties acquired, renovated and sold over 10 years ; total transaction volume ~€70M. ▪ Advisory — currently advising a major private client on the valuation, structuring and disposal of a significant Belgian real estate portfolio (33-unit apartment building, Brussels)
