The infrastructure is mainly used by HTC ISCA VZW, but is open to any party interested in using field hockey and tennis infrastructure.
Data.be developed an automated Know Your Customer platform solution for Regulated Service Providers (banks, financial institutions etc). On project basis I made a market- and competition analysis, designed a go-to-market strategy and assisted Data.be in launching their KYC platform solution on the Money2020 tradefair. Follow up on generated leads is still ongoing.
Develop Supply Chain Finance & Commercial Finance solutions for SME's in Europe Starting from a clean sheet I designed the SME Receivable Finance strategy. The main pillar of this strategy being partnering with Fintechs in Receivable Finance, I then led the partner selection process to develop and implement this strategy. Once the preferred partner chosen, I successfully led the team establishing the partnership between ING and the chosen Fintech.

Together with my teams (60 FTE) I created a strategic position for Commercial Finance within the SME, midcorps and corporates clients segments of ING Bank Belgium. By tripling the volume of purchased receivables, I succeeded in growing the market share to ING‘ natural market share in the Belgian market. I realized this result by developing new (digital) products, leveraging on the ING network and fostering productivity and efficiency. This combination led to strong growth in financial results. Key succes factors of these results are: open and authentic leadership style; empowering management and staff; strong strategic view on market developments and a drive for results.
