Process manufacturing is a daily challenge to coordinate the different steps of a production line. Every project, with its specificity, has the same goal, provides each player the goods at the right time, the right place, and in a condition that follows their specifications. From the procurement in raw materials, the logistic and the recycling, the production must be very competitive for the development of a company. However, the workforce, which is essential to it, must be preserve from injuries due to the manipulation of the company resources. I realized that the ergonomic and the production must work together in order to improve consequently the processes in the industry. I would put my effort into the development of the supply chain and the implementation logistics tools that respect the workforce from strain injuries. The projects I realised lately for GRAVIC Hungary helped me to use my skills in the improvement of the manufacturing procedures and the industrial flows by keeping the workforce as my main concern.
Process and Lean engineer for the production and the continuous improvement departments. Following of the continuous improvement method developped in the company with periodic meetings on each sector and services in order to improve the standards, product design, processes and tools. - Tools and Training development for the continuous improvement department - Process Improvement project management for the assembly line in order to reduce the number of non-compliance of the valves at the Final Control step. - Ergonomic redesign of a presure test bench. 2 operators on the bench for 10 product / hour. Studies of the test procedure and the operator ergonomics. Specifications and design of some parts. - Project manager of a project group of 9 people for the improvement of the process and layout of the receiving department. - Performance diagnosis of a logistics flow between the raw material storage to the assembly lines.
