Responsible for managing a team of internal consultants with an objective of driving change within large operations and IT platform of up to 80 headcounts.
Contribution to 6 Lean transformation projects aiming at increasing the clients satisfaction and optimizing costs through the improvement of processes, organization and teams interaction. Responsible for executing analysis, defining solutions, quantifying impacts and accompanying teams in implementing actions.
