Turning AI ambition into enterprise reality — that's what I do. For over 10 years, I've been at the center of one of the most demanding AI transformation journeys in German industry: building, scaling, and governing AI and automation at Mercedes-Benz, from the first Conversational AI pilots to a Generative AI Shared Service delivering significant and measurable value. I operate at the intersection where strategy meets execution. I've designed agentic AI architectures, built multi-million-euro business cases for C-level and board audiences, led cross-functional teams of developers and domain experts, and driven hyperautomation programs that generated relevant savings. I don't just advise — I own outcomes. What I bring to a tech company that wants to win with AI: Strategic clarity: I translate emerging technologies — GenAI, agentic AI, RPA, ML — into prioritized portfolios with clear business value, investment rationale, and governance frameworks that scale. Enterprise product ownership: I've led a Unified Customer Profile initiative with ~€250m business value potential — end-to-end: vision, roadmap, scaling, budget, supplier steering, GDPR compliance, and board alignment. Builder's mindset: I've built AI teams from scratch, designed offshore delivery models, and created shared service structures that outlast the initiative that spawned them. My background is unusual: 10 years at Mercedes-Benz embedded deep enterprise rigour and stakeholder management skills that most startup-native leaders don't have — combined with a decade-long obsession with Conversational AI, data strategy, and what it actually takes to make AI work at scale. I'm now ready to bring this to a product-led, technology-first company — whether that's scaling an AI platform, leading enterprise AI strategy, or owning a data product that sits at the heart of a business.
