I spent 15+ years building enterprise platforms for the fund industry - at EY, KPMG, Proximus, and across integrators in Luxembourg and Switzerland. I managed teams of 120+ professionals, closed contracts worth over €25 million, and led cloud migrations for private banks, insurance companies, and asset managers. Along the way, I kept seeing the same problem: 500,000+ regulatory documents produced every year in Luxembourg alone, still managed with Excel, Word, and email. No single source of truth. Everyone building point solutions. Nobody building the infrastructure layer. So I built it. Regit.io is the operating system for investment products - a platform that starts with regulatory documents and expands into the full product lifecycle. Regit.io is the operating system for investment products - the missing infrastructure layer for an industry producing 500,000+ regulatory documents per year in Luxembourg alone, still running on Excel, Word, and email. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺: no single source of truth exists for fund data. Documents, onboarding, portfolio management, and distribution all need the same underlying data, but nobody built the canonical layer. Until now. 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘁 𝗢𝗦 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: - The Golden Record - a bi-temporal, audit-ready canonical data layer that becomes the single source of truth for every investment product - 5 modules built on top: Documents, Onboarding, Portfolio, Distribution, Lifecycle - Agentic-native: an Orchestrator Agent routes tasks to specialized Regulatory, Document, and Distribution agents - Deterministic calculations - no AI in the math. Same input, same output, every time We start with regulatory documents (PRIIPs KID, Factsheets, EPT, EMT, EET, TPT) and expand into Portfolio reporting, Brochures, and full lifecycle management. Documents come first because they're mandatory, data-intensive, and high-frequency. They force the creation of the Golden Record. Once captured, every new module requires zero additional data capture.
