- Leadership and management of an international, multidisciplinary R&D team of >15 FTEs in 3 countries. - Steering of product and process development, such as for escalator handrails, ropeway sheave liners, ski foils, vehicle track belts, rubber sheetings, mandrel-built hoses, as well as engineered solutions for railway, transportation, household, food and mining industries. - Cross-functional operations with teams and stakeholders covering FORM's global production and markets (EMEA, AMER, APAC) - Implementation of innovation strategies and processes. - Monitoring of industry trends and regulatory compliance.
