- ServiceNow platform support, management and configuration for customers; - Full docusign integration via Spokes from Integration Hub; - Configuration of internal docusign application, development of agreement template with customized fields populated with information via API; - Development of custom actions in integration hub for AccessOne integration; - Complete development of corporate approvals flows; - Support and documentation of multinational company service instances; - Highly familiar with agile methodology and its branchs; - Organization core system configuration; - Gathering and documenting user and process requirements, developing technical requirements and functional requirements; - Developing workflow customization; - Supporting the service transformation teams, resolving problems, and integrating new applications; - Customizing Servicenow application and facilitating the rollout of new applications and modules; - Ensuring latest release is installed in the systems; - Participating in ongoing production support; - Maintaining improvement of standards, policies and working methods. - Analysis and validation of solutions within the ServiceNow platform, configuring and customizing the tool. - Customer Portal creation using updated tools.
