  • HR Contingent Workforce Officer at SBM Offshore

    • End-to-end management of the contingent workforce lifecycle across multiple countries (Portugal, India, France, Monaco, Namibia and Nigeria, totalling ~200 HC), acting as the primary interface between vendors and internal stakeholders; • Drafting and administration of contractor agreements, HR data governance in SAP SuccessFactors, purchase order estimation, invoice validation and approval and financial tracking in alignment with vendor service agreements; • Cross-functional coordination with procurement, recruitment and accounts payable, ensuring compliant onboarding/offboarding, documentation control, SQR evaluations and invoicing accuracy; • Led and implemented the Contingent Workforce Management subdepartment in India, in locus, establishing in-country operations and processes as part of the launch of the Corporate & Business Solutions Center in Bangalore.
