Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to live and work across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, leading international teams and supporting organisations through growth, transformation and change. Those experiences taught me that while organisations invest heavily in technology, processes and training, people often lack access to trusted conversations when they need them most. That's why I founded Mentaa. Our mission is to make coaching and mentoring more accessible. We connect individuals and organisations with carefully selected coaches and mentors who provide trusted, confidential support during times of growth, transition and pressure, without the complexity of traditional coaching programmes. Today, I'm focused on building a global community of coaches, mentors, HR leaders and business professionals who share a common belief: meaningful human conversations have the power to change careers, strengthen leadership, improve wellbeing and unlock potential. Having lived and worked in Switzerland, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Hong Kong and the UAE, I enjoy bringing people together across cultures, industries and experiences. I believe curiosity, trust and meaningful conversations remain some of the most powerful drivers of personal and organisational growth.
