Overall responsible for the production of the full proposals package including execution, technical package and cost estimate package in accordance with Instruction to bidders requirements and Proposal objectives within time and cost constraints in observance of quality procedures and practices. - Lead, coordinate and control output of all internal departments, sister companies and suppliers/vendors involved in proposal preparation - Develop project execution plan, schedules, Risks identification and technical proposals to match Client specifications and allow correct price estimation - Ensure completeness and accuracy of cost estimation - Attend and contribute to clarification/negotiation meetings with Clients during bid process.
