Expert in food factory management, I enjoy improving processes and developing people. With 36 years in different roles in food factories, I can manage all aspects of manufacturing. What I like the most is to deploy the structure and tools needed for a sustainable continuous improvement culture. Strong of 6 years experience in the business unit, I am also able to define strategies and contribute to the technical part of new business plans. I am also very passionate about sustainability issues, hoping to contribute to the efforts of a company to reduce their impact on the environment.
