Supply chain projects enabling the creation of a business unit within ArcelorMittal, its divestment and integration to the Liberty Steel group. Selection and deployment of new shipping software (40 users, 1.6Mt of shipments per year). Standardization of supply chain management across the 3 production sites.
Management of the production flow: parts procurement, production planning, shipment to final customer. Direct relation with Airbus Safran Launcher. Management of space supply chain team.
