Current scope of responsibility: 1/ Group Development: acquisition process for multiple assets in France and abroad: strategic assessment, market analysis, business plan analysis, assets valuation, due diligence, management of consulting / lawyers teams, negotiations 2/ Content Editors relationships of the broadband activities (“Freebox”): Negotiations with all large content editors (TV channels and VOD/SVOD editors) broadcast on the set top box 3/ Supplier relationships of the mobile activities (“Free Mobile”): negotiations with suppliers for the mobile activities (equipments, softwares, service providers, tower companies)
