Science has always fascinated me because of its ability to transform the invisible into life-changing solutions. This curiosity led me to Biomedicine, and since then, I have built my career between cutting-edge research and laboratory practice in major healthcare institutions. At the Butantan Institute, I participated in projects involving gene editing with CRISPR/Cas9, developing molecular biology techniques, cell culture, and genomic data analysis. This experience instilled in me the certainty that genetics is not just science, it is the future of medicine. At Rede D’Or and Dasa, I immersed myself in clinical laboratory routines, ensuring precision in diagnoses, calibration of high-performance equipment, and safety in analyses that directly impact patients. This balance between research and practice is what sets me apart. Currently, I am deepening my studies in Gene Therapy at the Albert Einstein Israelite Institute, aiming to work at the frontier between science and innovation in healthcare. I am also venturing into the area of clinical research in Beauty & Personal Care, conducting clinical trials. My purpose is to help ensure that early diagnoses and advanced therapies cease to be just promises and become a reality for millions of people.
