I started my career in 2007 as a Field Engineer in the Oil and Gas industry in Angola, learning the basics of field services, maintenance of operations and testing equipment in a multicultural environment. I then moved to project management assignments in 2008, first at Alstom as tender manager, then at EDF as contracts coordinator / project manager for the new build EPR projects in France and UK. I am proactive with risks and issues management and have extensive project and contract management skills. I evolved into a PMO position for the Flamanville 3 EPR Project (France) improving the processes of managing the project, organizing the team, managing the risks and the main schedule, critical paths. For 3 years, I have been accompanying Nawah, the future Operator of Barakah Nuclear Power Plant in the UAE as a Project Manager, at first to build the Integrated Staffing Plan for the growing organization, then to establish the Long Term Maintenance Agreement, one of the Major contracts for the operations period. Since mid-2017, I have joined the ITER Project as Contracts Coordinator for Momentum (Construction Management as Agent), in charge of construction / installation of the experimental reactor systems.
Lead procurement processes for assembly and installation contracts on ITER site - Tokamak Assembly
Contract management support for ITER project main contracts for machine assembly installation. FIDIC Contracts (Red Book 1999) with Iter Organization Particular Conditions. Several Contracts up to 250M€ over 6 years. Main roles: overseeing that contract conditions are well implemented, supporting project managers in implementing changes (variations, field changes), interpretation of contract conditions, implementation of contract amendments, assessment and negotiation of claims, contract close-out. Participation to tender phases for installation contracts, strategy and selection of contractors, drafting contract conditions and specific clauses or contract processes. Lead tender process for several multimillion EUR Contracts.
