"You don't manage people; you manage systems. People, you lead and inspire." My journey at Logitech began over 20 years ago, writing lines of embedded software (ESW) code. Today, I lead a multidisciplinary team of 20 highly specialized engineers and PhDs across mechanical, electrical, haptic, software, firmware and system engineering. Between those two milestones? An incredible human and technical adventure that took me from development to system QA, and from innovation engineering to managing R&D team. What drives me every morning isn't finding the technical solutions myself. It is People Management. My strength lies in my ability to build a culture of trust, align experts with diverse backgrounds, and constructively challenge them to stretch their limits. My initial foundation in ESW serves as my compass: it allows me to grasp systemic complexity and speak the same language as my team, without ever trying to substitute myself for their deep expertise. Together, we have built breakthrough technologies (MX Master 4, Superstrike, Pro wheels, ...) that now power millions of mice, keyboards, and racing wheels worldwide. Lead a multidisciplinary advanced engineering team responsible for creating the brand's next disruptive technologies. Coached and developed top-tier talents (including PhDs), guiding them toward system architect and lead engineering pathways.
