I am a Senior Finance/IT professional with many achievements in finance and logistics related Business Transformations (SAP enabled) and end-to-end Process Transformations, including deployment of BI Dashboards and KPI Tools, Process Mining, RPA and Machine Learning Root Cause Analytics.       Proxy Process Owner Worldwide for the Integrated Business Transformation Methodology (IBT). Development of a Toolkit comprising a Readiness Checklist, Process Improvement checklists and SAP Deployment template. The IBt Toolkit was provided with a Standard Project Plan with 300 activities and 20 integrated sub-projects in Oracle Primavera P6 Project database. The IBT Methodology and Project Plan Facilitation was performed in more than 50+ Facilities worldwide. It was possible to analyze the Critical Path and Near Critical Path on every of 50+ projects. After around 1 year, we were able to start a Portfolio view of all Projects and start a Resource Load across projects. Key aspect of the IBT was to integrate activities between Leadership & Organization, Data Management, People Change Management, IT, Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, Sales processes, Supply Chain and Finance in one single project plan with one Critical Path to be reported on. The IBT Methodology was provided with 6 Sigma Gate Review and Cat University/Lamarsh Chicago Change Management Methodology. IBT was a great succes worldwide and transitioned to US responsibility in the first half of 2013.
