Major achievements so far: - Led BII's first Project Development Loan in 2014 to de-risk the development by Meridiam's Urban Resilience Fund of the Nouakchott coastal development project in Mauritania, an innovative nature-based solution business model - Led BII’s arranging mandate in the 100 MW solar PV project developed by the Atlas group in Punjab, Pakistan, with a $28m debt commitment which closed in time in 2021, despite the Covid-19 pandemic - Led BII’s lead arranger mandates for a programme of 3x50MW wind farms in the Jhimpir area of Pakistan, which reached financial close within unprecedented timeline in November 2019 - Led BII’s co-lead role and $39m commitment in Te Power, a 50MW HFO plant in Guinea, which is the first DFI-financed project finance deal to close in the country In 2018 - Led BII’s participation in 9 solar PV projects for a total commitment of $97m in the IFC Nubian Suns programme in Egypt which won the Global Multilateral Deal of the Year award by Project Finance International in 2017 - Led BII’s co-lead role and $83m commitment in Amandi Energy, a 200MW IPP in Ghana which won the Africa Power Deal of the Year 2016 award by Project Finance International and IJGlobal
