Design Build of 228 tons per day anaerobic digestion facility for sourced separated organic waste for Hong Kong government.

As a member of the project leadership team reporting to the Project Director, my responsibilities were to develop and manage the project controls function inclusive of: • Planning (Primavera P6) and Progress and Earned value monitoring; • Cost engineering: preparation and maintenance of budget, change control, preparation of monthly cost reporting package including trends analysis, R&O, deviation reports. • Document control, set-up and management of automatic workflow • Claims and change orders preparation, substantiation and pricing. • Management of the project controls team • Participation to the project steering committee (as a key technical member).

SAKHALIN II onshore pipeline (2 x 800 km of oil, gas & multi-phase pipeline) Coordination of a cross functional task force in charge of offshore procurement and associated engineering.
Development of technical and commercial proposals for LNG receiving terminals and power plants projects (fixed price EPC from € 50 millions to 1 billion). Coordination of technical department involved (engineering, procurement, sub-contracting, construction, project control, legal and finance). Preparation and driving of bid close out review meetings with company board of Directors. Participation to clarifications and negotiations.
