I design, maintain and troubleshoot complex network and security infrastructures: firewalls (Check Point, Cisco NGFW, FortiGate), VMware virtualisation, and N2/N3 incident management under strict SLAs. My primary objective is to deepen my expertise across a broad spectrum of technologies, with a particular focus on Network and Security. By continuously expanding my knowledge and skills in these areas, I aim to transition into an Architecture Consultant role in the coming years. This career progression will enable me to leverage my technical background to design and implement robust, secure, and efficient network architectures for diverse clients.
Responsible for providing a managed service to clients to ensure that their IT infrastructure and system remain operational through proactively monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems. Ensure zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions and is responsible for managing tickets of medium to high complexity and provides resolution to a diverse range of problems. After my internship, i joined the Infrastructure Management team as Junior Production Engineer in the Network/Security, Virtualization and Storage team. Strategic advisory and hands-on support to maintain a secure and up-to-date network infrastructure for PSF clients. • Led network projects: deployment, configuration and documentation (Cisco Catalyst/Nexus, Juniper EX, Sophos UTM). • Datacenter management: maintenance of network equipment, storage and servers. • Cross-functional collaboration with technical and business teams to ensure service continuity. During these internship i got two principal projects : - Upgrading the agency network : network study, project management, scope and architecture definition, deployment. - Centralization of logs : Choose a log management solution, solution test, create deployment procedures, deployment in a production environment.
