- Analysis of user behavior, digital campaigns performance and key metrics of the Web/App with Google Analytics - Support in the AB testing process of features or campaigns with Google Optimize: definition of the right metrics to optimise, tracking, analysis and presentation of results, insights and recommendations - Support growth marketing team with the user segmentation for acquisition and CRM campaigns - Coordinator of the Google Analytics 4 migration project (UA to GA4). Working closely with the IT team and a specialized consultancy, actively following Google Tag Manager and GA4 settings and developments
- Regionally responsible for user engagement strategy - Management of customer activation, retention and cross-sell strategy, focused on customer lifetime value and churn reduction - Design of engagement and habit framework through correlation analysis - Responsible for consumer segmentation/behavioral analysis and identification of consumer insights to maximize lifecycle marketing - Detailed monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators of marketing strategies/levers across different communications channels - Marketing automation and process improvement, with special focus on relevance and incrementality measurement - Proficiency in different data analysis tools: SQL, Tableau
- Performance Marketing (SEM), KPI oriented. - Develop, implement, and optimize investment in online marketing campaigns with a +50kUSD weekly budget on different search and metasearch platforms such as Google Ads, Google Hotel Ads, Trivago and TripAdvisor. - Achieve maximum ROI on paid search campaigns by collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights using big data analysis and life time value. - Use of analytical and database skills to develop reports/dashboards and analyses to assist marketing coordinators and to make investment decisions. Proficiency in different analysis tools: QlikView, SQL, Excel, Google Analytics - Regular meetings with Sales and Revenue teams to track country trends, campaigns performance, and P&L.
- Guarantee the supply of products, improving their cost and quality. - Responsible for the execution and end-to-end tracking of the purchasing process. - Stock control: deviation analysis. Monitoring of expirations. Audits. - Analysis, definition and monitoring of minimum stocks.
