Researcher and teaching assistant in human resources management at UCLouvain, I am currently seeking to pursue my academic journey through a PhD in the field of social sciences. My academic, professional, and personal background has allowed me to develop strong expertise in both research and teaching, while deepening a growing passion for the production and dissemination of scientific knowledge. My current research interests include the following topics: - Alternative organizations and prefigurative politics - Deliberative practices and horizontal governance - Organizational activism and (new) social movements Also, several academic journals significantly contribute to shaping my reflections, including Organization Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Organization and Ephmera: Theory & Politics in Organization.
I was in charge of serving in a restaurant, organizing seminars and training temporary staff.
I was responsible for the smooth running of the bar, managing stock and deliveries, and training new staff.
I was in charge of set-up, pack down and structural work at various events, such as : New European Bauhaus Exposition (2022), Coldplay Concert at Stade Roi Bauduin (2022), Tomorrowland (2022-2023), etc.
