I am an accomplished recruitment consulting professional with a strong and proven track record through several reputable companies in this industry. Most recently, at the head of the Sales and Marketing division at LHH Recruitment Solutions in France, I have been leading this entity since September 2022. With my team of specialized consultants, my mission was to guide candidates throughout their careers in a job market in constant evolution and help companies understand this market, which has become particularly tense and complex. Prior to that, I held the position of Executive Director at Badenoch and Clark France, I sat on the management committee. My responsibilities included the support and supervision of operational teams and handling of top management and executive searches mainly in the Consumer, Retail, and Luxury businesses. Earlier in my career, I held a position as an individual contributor at Korn/Ferry, in charge of the Consumer Goods Practice, and then at Robert Walters, where I was entrusted with creating a new practice dedicated to this very specific expertise. This career path has enabled me to become a true reference in the FMCG universe today, capable of carrying out complex searches in marketing, sales, supply chain and support functions, even up to often confidential general management assignments. With 23 years of experience in the recruitment consulting industry, I still enjoy carrying out my missions with excellence and passion.
