* A 138-room and 12 overwater bungalows resort in Tahiti Island. I was hired with a mandate to transform this falling business following the 2008 economic crash. Utilized strategic skills, hospitality industry expertise and leadership ability to successfully turn around the business over an eight-year period. Some of my achievements included: -> Returned the operation to profitability from a 30% negative GOP position on arrival by streamlining processes, developing new framework and creating new customer acquisition channels to boost revenue growth. -> Provided oversight for a $ 11M renovation program (including budgeting/cost management) to ensure hotel standards were maintained in line with industry best practice. -> Cultivated guest relationships (especially during renovation work) to resolve escalated issues and ensure satisfaction.

Increased GOP by 462% and GOR by 100% following the implementation of numerous innovative strategies and programs. -> Negociated financing for a major renovation project to restore the hotel's position as a market leader. -> Provided training, coaching and mentoring for team members to boost morale and ensure strong staff retention. -> Regain the trust and custom of the local community by offering value for money and quality catering options. -> Implemented Starwood policies and procedures to improve guest experience and satisfaction.
