As Deputy to the CFO of Tractebel Group, I lead the Reporting and Controlling and Corporate finance. My role involves supporting executive decision-making, optimizing financial processes and driving performance improvements. I set the priorities on enhanced financial reporting, control frameworks, and team empowerment. My purpose in the organization is to foster transparency & accountability, alignment of financial strategies on business objectives and delivery of the performance.

The financial Boarding Program is a Management traineeship for experienced financial professionals. The program consist in a series of 3 missions in different financial functions over a period of 2 years. Mission 1 - Financial Advisor to the Corporate Finance and Treasury departement. Main subjects covered are: - Treasury : Analysis and forecast of GDF Suez group's liquidity situation. - Funding : Assessment of funding instruments. - Rating : Analysis and support of the GDF Suez group's rating & management of the rating process for a major corporate restructuring project. Mission 2 - Financial Advisor to the Investor Relations team - preparation communication to investors. - market monitoring. Mission 3 – Financial Advisor to Energy Management & Trading Department - Risk analysis of origination transactions in the European energy management business (gas supply, electricity supply, coal & biomass supply). - Coordination of projects to be approved in origination committee.
