    GOAL ACHIEVED: 75% of reduction of missing detection of defects on the final piece I worked in Automotive Lighting (Magneti Marelli) on a kaizen project concerning the problem of missing detection of aesthetical defects during quality control activities. This work was developed in a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) context, by using Lean techniques: - PDCA & A3 Thinking, - Pareto analysis - Ishikawa Diagram, Root Cause Analysis and 5 WHYs - Standardization of working methods At the end, the target has been completely achieved. The project was part of the "Industrial Management Lab" course held at Politecnico di Milano.
