Content & Community - Responsible for all organically generated content across all social media platforms. - Define the overarching social media strategy, including themes, content categories, storytelling structure, and types of community interaction on each platform. - Set reach, brand image, and revenue targets for social media content activities, and continuously track and optimize performance against these goals. Branding - Serve as the main contact person and consultant for brand partners in the planning, conception, and execution of external brand campaigns. - Support the planning, conception, and realization of brand campaigns to ensure the achievement of defined goals through social media. - Define specific requirements (e.g., required assets, desired communication). - Create performance reports (based on defined goals) for brand campaigns in collaboration with the Performance Marketing and Business Intelligence teams. PR - Act as relationship manager for key blogs and media outlets (e.g., Hypebeast, Highsnobiety, Sneaker News), ensuring their early involvement in major brand campaigns and consideration of their requirements during the conception phase. Webstore Content - Develop the webstore content plan based on brand and sales targets. - Continuously evolve and optimize content formats within the webstore.
