I am proudly leading a strong team of business project managers and agile coaches transforming each day the Allianz Benelux organization. In parallel, I am also actively working as a project manager to support initiatives within the company, going from more business-driven studies to larger organizational & IT transformation initiatives. Though I can be very autonomous, I am first of all a team player. Making people around me grow is what gets me out of bed every morning!

Dare2 specializing in stylish and fashion-forward activewear for women who want to feel confident and comfortable. Together, these brands reflect a passion for empowering women through fashion. My role centers on co-shaping the global strategy, leading our presence across social media and driving instore and online growth. I’m passionate about using technology to elevate the customer experience and expand our reach, blending creativity with data to build strong, modern fashion brands.
- Responsible for the Business Process Projects Portfolio > Prepare, run and follow-up the Project Portfolio Meetings with Management Committee where decisions are taken to launch, accelerate, freeze or stop projects. - Support the organisation with project management methodology > Provide project management tools > Provide project management trainings > Provide adhoc support on projects - Project Lead of business projects > Supply Chain: Optimisation of End-To-End process as from customer order intake till order delivery at the customer to improve customer delivery performance > Operations: Design and rollout of IT tool to 5 plants, in order to support the information and task exchanges during shift changes > HR: PMO of a plant staff reorganisation, and responsible for the setup of exceptionnal training plan
In charge of defining the business processes enabling the rollout and operations management of Smart Meters (smart meter rollout, smart meter readings, prepayment processes, work and asset management, telecommunication supervision,...).
Helping the 'Market & Client Department' to define the expected framework for rolling out smart meters by specifying the expected smart meter functionalities, the expected value for end-client, the segments to which smart meters need to be rolled-out, ....
